LaRon 'Bud' Bennett, who finished his Georgia track career in 2005, is now traveling around the world to compete in professional races. The Brunswick, Ga., native registered his first win in the professional ranks during the summer of 2006 at the International Consulate Meeting of Martinique in Fort de France, Martinique, where he finished the 400-meter hurdles in 49.43.
