LSU’S NEW COACH DOESN’T STOP TO SMELL THE ROSES

LSU’s new basketball coach, Trent Johnson, doesn’t sound like a man who knows how to enjoy life. According to him, “the gym is beautiful.”
This from a man who coached at Stanford and was surrounded by some of America’s most beautiful sights while living in the Bay Area.
He’s also known as a man who almost never smiles. His intensity is what many folks notice first about him.
Sounds charming. Like a man who puts life in proper perspective.
Who am I kidding? The only thing that matters to this guy AND to LSU fans is this: will he win games?
If he makes the Tigers a regular title contender, he can have all the personality of a blow-up doll (thanks, Ozzie Guillen) and he’ll still be the most popular man in Baton Rouge.
