* “We had a full pads practice yesterday that probably wasn’t good enough to beat Kentucky.” Georgia won’t have AJ Green or Bacarri Rambo for Saturday’s game.
* Richt says coaches don’t do a real good job of taking care of themselves — hours-wise — but he doesn’t think it’s worse now. Richt wasn’t aware that Arkansas’ Willy Robinson had been rushed to the hospital last week.
* Richt says after Alabama and Florida everybody in the SEC is “banging around” on each other.
* Georgia’s run game began to improve four or five games ago when the coaches made some changes on the Bulldogs’ offensive line. The current line communicates better with each other and therefore there are fewer missed assignments. “I think our young backs are getting better and we’re definitely blocking a little bit better, too.”
