Since everyone else is handing out grades today, we figured it was a good time to show you how our recruiting Big Board looks… now that the smoke from signing day 2010 has cleared.
For those that follow us regularly, you know that we use Rivals.com’s numbers when making our comparisons.
Below you’ll find a breakdown of each school’s signing class. We list the total number of signees according to Rivals (some schools haven’t listed early enrollees among their signees).
We break down each class by the number recruits they landed with certain star grades. We then assign one point for every star that Rivals handed out. We also give 0-star signees one point.
We then tally up the total number of points and that’s how we rank the programs.
Beneath that, you’ll find another chart showing you the average number of points per player for each signing class. This will show you which schools landed the highest caliber of athletes on average.
