1. Dan Mullen doesn’t like to use State’s indoor practice facility. “You’ve got to play in the rain, and you’ve got to play in elements, especially as the year gets going.” (There are also injury updates in this column.)
2. ESPN’s “Outside the Lines” will this Sunday morning feature an MSU commitment who recently tackled a 14 year-old girl who was brandishing a gun on a school bus.
