1. The SEC’s best passing attack (Arkansas) will be going against one of the league’s best secondaries (LSU) tomorrow.
2. Tim Tebow might be the SEC’s best player, but Ryan Mallett is the best passer.
3. The Razorbacks are worried about LSU’s Trindon Holliday.
4. Arkansas’ home football schedule should look a lot better next year.
5. The basketball Hogs take on East Tennessee State tonight in Fayetteville.
6. LSU’s senior class enjoyed some heady days… early in their careers.
7. Les Miles was glad to have this year’s Golden Boot game moved to Saturday.
8. Capital One, Cotton, Outback… LSU could still land just about anywhere this bowl season.
9. Trent Johnson hopes his basketball team will show some lessons learned when they face Arizona State today.
10. A pair of freshman linebackers have made an impact for Ole Miss this year.
11. According to this notes column, UM’s defense ranks first in the SEC in tackles for loss and in sacks. (Also, this statistical oddity — the Rebels averaged 407.5 yards per game last year… 407.6 yards per game this year.)
