TENNESSEE COMMIT CONSIDERING ARKANSAS, N.C. STATE

Edwin Herbert is still committed to Tennessee, but he’s leaving his options open to other schools.
The defensive tackle from City College of San Francisco has scholarship offers from Arkansas and North Carolina State, and he plans to give both schools a chance.
“The whole thing that happened at Tennessee is sad,” Herbert said. “Right now I’m still verbally committed there, but my coach told me to keep my options open. So now schools are coming to talk to me. I’m giving everyone a clean slate, a fair shot.”
