Florida’s Loucheiz Purifoy Arrested For Pot Possession

Starting Florida cornerback Loucheiz Purifoy was arrested Sunday morning on a marijuana possession charge. He faces a first-degree misdemeanor charge and has an arraignment scheduled for February 21st.
Purifoy is the seventh Florida player to be arrested for marijuana possession since Will Muschamp became coach. He is the 13th Florida player to be arrested or cited by police since January of 2011.
Just yesterday, Muschamp announced his intentions to move Purifoy to wide receiver in spring practice.
