1.  Alabama’s basketball team will put its unbeaten home record on the line against South Carolina tonight.

2.  Bama’s football team finished ranked in the Top 10 for the third-straight season.

3.  Auburn fans can look back on a lot of happy memories in 2010.

4.  Gene Chizik believes his team had the three most important ingredients for winning.

5.  It’s already back to work for AU’s coach.

6.  This writer says the odds are in Chizik’s favor that he won’t be a flash in the pan.

7.  Cam Newton was on the “Tonight Show” last night.

8.  Don’t expect the NCAA to propose that “emergency” Newton loophole legislation this week.

9.  The Tiger basketball team fell 78-54 last night in Lexington.

10.  John Pelphrey wants his team to continue to play good defense when it plays at LSU tonight.

11.  Arkansas offensive line coach Chris Klenakis will remain in Fayetteville, though his name popped up in connection with Texas.

12.  Les Miles didn’t go to Michigan because LSU is now “home to us.”

13.  Miles’ wife and children played a key role in keeping the coach in Baton Rouge.

14.  Miles was happy and at ease yesterday at the AFCA convention in Dallas.

15.  Michigan denies making an offer, but LSU officials say the school offered Miles a significant boost in pay from his current $3.75 million deal.
